The limited warranty is valid based on correct installation methods and completion of all test requirements. Mat size: 20" width, 18.3’length; Voltage: 120V, Amps: 3.0A, Watts: 360W. Output: 12 Watts/Sqft. The yellow heating element cannot be cut. The mesh material can be cut to make turns and angles to heat just about any shaped area. A more detailed installation process is outlined in the instructions.
